? Develop and support cross-functional execution of
all China marketing strategies.
? Direct Ideas to Execution (I2E) process from voice
of customer (VOC), proof of concept (POC),
product requirement specifications (PRS),
business case, competitive intelligence to
value selling tools.
? Continually refine product and commercial
strategies to ensure the organization is pursuing the most promising and valuable business opportunities.
? Develop integrated marketing programs to support field selling efforts at strengthening customer relationships and loyalty building.
? Lead marketing communications for new product launches and sales promotion
? Develop the talent by coaching and growing talent already on the team, and recruiting top talent.
Requirements:
? Bachelor degree or above in Engineering, Marketing, or related field.
? At least 10 years marketing or product development experience in the manufacturing/retail/FMCG/IT segment of industry.
? Fluent oral & written communication skills in English.
? MNC working exp is a must
