Job Title:    Accountant-AP
Location:    Shanghai PR China
Department:  Finance
Report to:    Senior AP Accountant

Key Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for managing the accounts payable, three way matching, invoice verification

2. Post and clear up AP timely and accurately

3. Check payment request against the company policy, and make sure that all payment is approved with authorized person

4. Responsible for VAT invoice verification, VAT declarations online

5. Familiar with foreign exchange business

6. Manage the account reconciliation with the suppliers

7. Prepare monthly AP reports and aging analysis


Qualification Requirements:

1. College degree or above, major in Accounting or Finance

2. 3 year working experience in AP

3. Good knowledge in SAFE regulation related

4. Good command of English. Working experience in MNC enterprises is preferred

5. Familiar with UFIDA; Knowledge of Microsoft Office; Good understanding of ERP system (SAP, Oracle, etc.) is preferred

6. Sense of responsibility; Good communication and interpersonal skills
