Serko® is an IT company with headquarters in New Zealand and offices throughout Asia. We are looking for someone who can be part of our support team based in our Xi'an office. 

Our company has developed a system whereby coding defects are identified and reported back to when they occur. We require an individual to monitor this website and communicate problems.

Tasks will include:

Identifying and managing critical defects identified
Monitoring system event website
Communicating enhancements/recommendations to the Development Team
Work with development team on prioritisation of defects
Reporting each day on the summary of system defects
Manage the day-to-day operation of the website

Able to plan and problem solve
Able to think of unique and unusual solutions
Comfortable with technology and able to explain it to others
Able to talk to team members with different skill levels

Ideally you should:

Have exceptional people and communication skills
Have a working knowledge of the Microsoft suite of products/applications
Have a thorough understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Have the willingness and ability to learn new skills daily
Have some development background in .NET or SQL
