Role Purpose:

The role requires the incumbent to analyse and translate business requirments into technical system specifications for the purposes of developing new, and/or enhancing existing applications. Role requires working closely with a variety of business units and developers to ensure functional and technical objectives to help achieve ANZ’s goals in the online environment.

Requirement:

- experience in Business Analyst (BA) roles.
- excellent communication, wirtten, presentation skills
- strong negotiation skills
- good understanding of web standards, web security and web accessibility
- experience in producing technical specifications
- good English skills in both speaking and writting
- experience in working on IBM web content management system as a author, reviewer and approver would be a plus
